The procession is accompanied by Trakia Ensemble, as well as dancers lying on the main street on the way to the Roman Stadium, which invite people and hand out brochures about the event. After that all guests of the event are moving to the Old Town. A symbolic start of the consumption of young wine is given by the opening of the “Beer of Young Wine”, the first barrel of last year’s winner of golden honors.
At the entrance of each house at the festival locations, wine lovers can buy tasting tokens, giving the right to a wine tasting.
